On June 10, Brenda Myers, Community Service Chair of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors-Carroll/Howard, left, presented Donald Rowe, Executive Director of The Arc of Carroll County with a donation of $500. The presentation was made at the association’s general membership meeting.
