Students complete workforce training

Three students have completed vocation training through the Carroll County Workfoce Training Academy, a partnership between The Arc of Carroll County and the New Windsor Brethren Center to provide targeted job skills to adults with developmental disabilities. The students completed the eight-week program in janitorial and maintenance services and received certificates on December 4. They are now seeking employment to apply their new skills.
