Arc selling cards, gift tags

The Arc of Carroll County has made greeting cards and gift tags for the holidays from recycled holiday cards. Each item is unique and made by a person with a developmental disability.
Cards are available in packages of 10 for $5 and gift tags are available in packages of 25 for $3. Sales locations in Westminster include:

All Smiles Dental, 1758 Baltimore Blvd.;
Pure Image Hair and Nail Studio, 100 Manchester Ave.;
Esquire and the Lady, 83 W. Main St.
They are also available at Carroll County Susquehanna Bank locations, at 532 Baltimore Blvd. and 275 Clifton Blvd., Westminster; 1316 Londontown Blvd. and 6415 Ridge Road, Eldersburg; 4501 Hanover Pike, Melrose; and 530 E. Ridgeville Blvd., Mount Airy.
