Ten artists from The Arc of Carroll County recently joined nine artists from the Westminster Senior and Community Center for lunch followed by an art session to begin a Winter Snowman mural. The two-session program was completed on Nov. 19 when the artists lunched together again before finishing the project. The mural currently hangs at the Westminster Senior and Community Center, and will be soon be relocated to The Arc of Carroll County in Westminster.
