The Arc of Carroll County offers support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Our clients rely on our services to help them accomplish goals many of us take for granted, such as living independently, gaining employment, and even starting a business.

Federal, state and local grant funding account for about 75% of the actual cost of providing services to our clients. We are able to bridge the gap and continue to provide these valuable services only with the generosity of friends and supporters like you.
